Welcome to this months blog hop. Today we focused on Inspired by Dawn Griffith. She has meant so much to us in her wisdom, inspiration and friendship. Today’s card is a Never Ending Card.

This card was done by Dawn Griffith back in 2011, so this is an oldie but a goodie. I have included the written instructions below, if you would rather watch the process, I have also created a video on the construction of the card, creating the backgrounds, and cutting it all out. I hope you stay tuned. Thank you for joining me today.

This will be one of the easiest constructions of a card you make:

Cut 2 pieces of card stock out at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

In your trimmer, take the first piece and on the 4 1/4 inch side, score it at 1 1/16. Then flip the card around, and score again at 1 1/16. Then turn the card on the 5 1/2 inch side and cut it in half at 2 3/4.

Take the other piece and on the 5 1/2 inch side score it at 1 3/8 then flip and score again at 1 3/8. Then turn the card on the 4 1/4 inch side and cut in half at 2 1/8.

Burnish all your score lines. I like to have one set of score lines going up and one set going down when I put the card together. This makes the card flip and move a lot easier.

Mats you will need:

Page 1: 2 @ 2 x 5/8 and 4 @ 7/8 x 2 5/8

Page 2: 4 @ 7/8 x 1 1/8 and 2 @ 2 x 1 1/8

Page 3: 2 @ 2 x 2 5/8 and 4 @ 7/8 x 1 1/8

Page 4: 4 @ 2 x 1 1/8 and 2 @ 2 x 2 5/8

To learn how to do the galaxy background, please view the video.

Thank you all for joining me today, and I hope you love this card as much as I do. I loved creating the backgrounds, how I have four different cards in one, and how it all came together.
